Keep off the heart, from out of it flows the issues of life. Reach out to your will, see the sunrise not through the window but from the sandy beach. Recognize that it is beautiful again, when it begins to shine, recapture the essence, look at the indispensable creation, look only at the bright side: the dark side will then fade away.

Unforgiveness as a perspective
Remember those flowery days when the bees are buzzing, squirrels chattering, birds singing in harmonic tunes, the waves are still. The days when we say to each other, what is wrong with such other days? Shouldn't there be moments like this forever? Will this moment remain a few while, forgotten by such world of reality? And then the storm came, the heart is grieved, the bees stung, the flowers are dying, the squirrels are in hideaway, the birds are inharmonic. We have lost the day. How is it that our world is now far apart.

Acceptance
I have heard some people brag about being the product of their environment like it is some sort of a badge of honor. Most of us have been dealt with bad cards one time or the other in this planet called Earth, but the most miserable ones are the people who still dwell in the same spot they were first discovered, waiting for some transformation The closest place to victory is outside the little box. Getting out will take little baby steps of faith. But to move out of the box, one must acknowledge that the present place cannot change and accept it as that. Only the person that wants to change have to evolve but not the environment. Your old friends cannot understand your new goals. In an old town, only a sojourner can only bring new ideas . This is what Jesus meant when he said a prophet is never welcome in his hometown. The environment will never change by itself. You have to accept it but not embrace it. You have to let it bend you but not to break you. Can anything good come out of Nazareth? Jesus did.

On the side of Grace
Suppose that you had the worst day and nothing in the present seemed bearable. You come across a nuisance and the first impression suddenly pops into your head" this chap is going to get it" the chap is not yet removed from your present inclination when another chap comes by and is much a nuisance than the first. The thought is now becoming exceedingly dangerous. You are now planning to lose your sanity. But in just that split second, is a moment of grace. A brief moment between sanity and insanity, love and hatred, conqueror and the defeated, liberation and enslavement. I choose the side of grace.

Breaking the plains of fear
Equally we all fear the same thing but our reaction is different. Bravery makes us seek after the things that fear commands us not to dare. Fear comes in moments of distress and breeds negative tensions. But in bravery, we fight through those feelings and as we break the plains, fear disappears. Their are some that may never reach those plains. They can count themselves as good as death. To be alive one have to cast fears to waters. Fear is inevitable and can only be conquered through faith in God.
