Man in the light

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature , old things have passed away; behold, all things are become new.
- 2 Corinthians 5:17

For today I stand in Truth, transformed and brought into a family, on this day I am baptized,  for now the veil has been removed, beyond expectations I am today a new man.

For my members warring inside me, the lameness of my flesh against, the omnipotent Spirit, giants colliding as I am brought in a standstill, a new heart but a sinful flesh.

But where do I go?

Weariness of the mind, now to present a holy character, now to walk in guileless, blessed assurance I am in a battle.

Now the veil has been removed, afresh I stand, adopted into a family, now baptize by Spirit; behold, the beauty of holiness.

When the battles come with an intent to, separate me from the Communion, buffeted by the wicked one to draw me out from the fellowship;  yet my Father draws me nearer.

I have a new heart, the rain and fruitful seasons come with a burst of faith, as love compels me to forgive offences because now I am a new man.

As the Potter is busy molding and shaping  His clay, my purification process comes with a testimony, an abolished life full of darkness to a new man in Christ.

This makes all things beautiful again.
