Honor the Lord with your first fruits,
Offer the fine of the wheat, ornaments of fine gold. Come and present before Him the crown of life, casting all at His feet.
Let the kings fall before Him, serve Him with gladness of the heart, let the harvesters bring forth their first crops and come before the Lord with your first fruits!
How gracious have the Lord been? Who can outmatch His goodness? Who is more compassion than Our Lord? Can one ever measure His love?
A God who expressed His love by giving the Firstborn of all creation, Who gave first gifts to mankind, His begotten Son, Christ Jesus.
For He was first to suffer many things, that we should have joy and triumphant over trials and tribulations and death.
The Anointed One, that conquered death, and was called out from the grave, the first resurrection from the dead.
He is first of every creature, the first Seed of the woman, the firstborn among many brethren that has preeminence in all things both heaven and earth.
His genealogy has no beginning; His divine nature has no end, the Lord who has preserved all things to Himself.
The Firstborn of all creation. The Firstborn among many brethren, first to suffer many things, the first resurrection from the dead.
